Custodial Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Custodial Lead to join our team in Ft. Worth, TX. The Custodial Lead will oversee daily custodial operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the custodial team effectively. This position is fully onsite and will report to the Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the custodial team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Assign daily tasks and monitor the progress of custodial staff. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support. Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols. Coordinate with management to address any maintenance or cleaning issues promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs for replenishment. Ensure all custodial activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve goals. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of applicable experience Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred. Proven leadership experience in a similar role. Ability to work flexible hours as needed Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
