FOAM LINE SUPERVISOR

job summary:
A prominent manufacturing plant in the Jessup, MD area is seeking a Foam Line Supervisor. The supervisor should have a background in chemistry to be able to understand foam formulations, cause and effect, etc. The position is hands-on, requiring an independent, "get it done safely" attitude and the ability to adapt to change. This plant manufactures polyeurathane foam. This is a high-priority search, salaried in the $80K+ range!

• Assist in large-scale production throught mechanical and technical aptitude

• Troubleshoot production variability of foam
