American Quick Lube is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional leader to help shape the future of our business.

We’re seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead six automotive service centers across Wisconsin and Illinois. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.

Territory

This position oversees six locations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, including:

• Wales, WI
• West Bend, WI
• Fond du Lac, WI
• Menomonee Falls, WI (2 locations)
• Crystal Lake, IL

Regular travel throughout the region is required.

Compensation & Benefits

American Quick Lube offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

• $85,000 annual base salary

What You’ll Do

As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the business leader for your region, responsible for developing people, improving operations, and driving financial performance.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their leadership teams.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
• Analyze P&L performance, labor, inventory, and key business metrics to improve results.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain outstanding talent.
• Conduct regular store visits focused on coaching, accountability, operational execution, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute company initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Build strong relationships with General Managers by serving as a coach, mentor, and trusted business partner.
• Identify operational challenges early and implement effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-unit leader with a track record of developing leaders and improving business performance.

Qualifications Include

• Five or more years of successful multi-unit leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple retail, automotive, restaurant, hospitality, or service locations.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing P&Ls and operational metrics.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing managers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.

Automotive experience is preferred, but exceptional multi-unit leadership experience is strongly valued.
