Senior HR Partner - Talent Services (Law Firm)

Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, seeks a Talent Services Senior Manager in its Chicago office. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver HR services across performance management, training and development, and policy administration. You will oversee recruitment and onboarding, advise on benefits and compliance, manage employee relations and salary processes, and drive professional development programs for attorneys and staff.
