Digital Banking & CRM Specialist

Lowell Five Bank in the Merrimack Valley region seeks a Bank Operations & Customer Experience team member to handle inbound calls, respond to digital banking queries, and manage enrollments. You will promote CRM usage and support cross‑department collaboration while building relationships with customers. You will learn the bank’s digital tools, including Q2 and Salesforce, and work to maintain high service standards.
