Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Receptionist

Ultimate Staffing is seeking bilingual (Spanish) candidates for a Medical Front Desk opportunity located in Raleigh.
The work schedule is 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH!
PAY: $17-$18/HOUR
Job duties:
- Answering the phones
- Greeting patients
- Ensuring paperwork is completed
- Data entry
- Scheduling
- Faxing/Scanning/Emailing
- Ensuring all patients are taken care of in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish) REQUIRED
- Customer Service Skills
- Administrative background
