Role Overview The Medium Voltage Service Account Manager owns the sales, estimating, and production management of medium voltage and industrial service work in the Houston market, with accountability for meeting or beating margin targets. The role builds and holds long-term customer relationships, pursues new accounts along vertical lines, and supports business development on incoming leads. Just as important, this person grows the department. The Account Manager trains, supervises, and motivates the technician team, maintains schedule and deadline performance, and makes sure every job is staffed, priced, and delivered the right way.
