Are you an electrician looking for a long-term home with a top-tier construction firm in Erie? We are currently seeking reliable Electricians for Temporary and Temp-to-Hire, full-time positions in the Erie, PA area. This is a unique opportunity to show off your positive attitude and electrical skillset in order to transition into a permanent role with our customers.

Role Details

Status: Temporary and Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity to transition to permanent role after 6 months )
Location: Various Residential, Commercial, and Industrial project sites across the Erie, PA area
Pay Rate: $20-$30 per hour, depending on field experience
Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities

Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical systems, including lighting, power circuits, and control apparatus
Rough-in and trim-out wiring, conduit, and panels for new construction and renovation projects
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure precise execution
Ensure all work strictly adheres to the updated National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Erie building standards

Qualifications

Experience: Any electrical trade school or construction field experience

Requirements

Reliable Transportation to local job sites
Must have own hand tools and proper PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, work gloves),
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working from heights
