Company Description:

AieonLabs is a US based AI company that focuses on supporting students, workers, unemployed persons and returning citizens in their journey to entrepreneurship with an AI Co-founder. Our platform takes a person from who they are to a registered, operating business, and powers institutional programs in entrepreneurship, workforce development, re-integration into society and education. We serve more than 10,000 users in 12 languages. We are backed by LvlUp Ventures, and we work with the support of local government offices. We are small, we move fast, and the person in this role will have a direct line to the founder.

Position:

This is an outbound, relationship-driven sales role built on finding the right people, starting real conversations, and turning them into calls, pilots, and closed deals. LinkedIn is the primary channel, though not the only one. Wherever your buyers spend their time is where you should be.

This is not a script-reading role and it is not lead-list data entry. You will be visible: posting, commenting, appearing on video, and representing the company to founders, executives, and institutional buyers. People will decide whether to take a call with us based on how you show up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own outbound. Identify and reach target accounts, personalize every approach, and build a pipeline from scratch, with LinkedIn as your main channel.
• Build a public presence. Post regularly, comment where our buyers are, and grow a following that makes inbound conversations happen on their own.
• Show up on camera. Short videos, live demos, and face-to-face video calls with prospects.
• Run the first conversation. Qualify the prospect, understand what they actually need, and demonstrate the platform.
• Move deals forward. Follow up, handle objections, coordinate with the founder on anything complex, and close.
• Work your market. Adapt our message to local buyers, and tell us what you learn about what lands and what does not.
• Keep your pipeline clean. Track every conversation so we both know where things stand.

Who we are looking for:

• A natural on camera and in public. Comfortable posting, being visible, and putting your name and face on the work. This is the single most important requirement.
• Warm and persuasive in writing. Your outreach messages have to sound like a person, not a template.
• An established personal LinkedIn profile.
• Self-directed, Ambitious, and Motivated.
• Some sales, business development, marketing, or creator experience. You do not need a long resume. A track record of getting strangers to reply matters more than years of experience.
• Comfortable with commission-only pay while we prove the model together. This will change in due time.

Bonus: familiarity with AI tools, experience selling software or services, an existing professional network in technology or business services, or a following you have already built.

Compensation Details:

• 20% commission on the value of every sale you close. No cap.
• Paid in your local currency, on a regular schedule.
• The commission rate is reviewed after the first successful quarter and bonuses for milestones.
• We supply the tools: platform access, sales materials, product training, and direct support from the founder on live deals.
