1st and 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator | $24–30/hr Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate press brake machines to meet production and quality standards
• Bend metal parts up to 144 inches using approved setups
• Perform basic machine setups using blueprints and bend simulations
• Read and interpret technical drawings for accurate part production
• Enter and track production data in EPICOR
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with Leads/Supervisors on setup or production issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Press brake operation
• Blueprint reading
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Machine setup & adjustments
• Troubleshooting production issues
• CNC fundamentals
• Quality inspection

• Proven press brake experience
• CNC experience (required for higher-level roles)
• Knowledge of metal properties and inspection standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
