Customer Service/Order Entry

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, and experienced in both customer service and order entry. Schedule & Location Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm – El Monte, California Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering product information in a professional and courteous manner. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability. Review and verify order information to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities. Assist customers with order modifications, returns, and issue resolution as needed. Support sales and operations teams by providing accurate data entry and administrative assistance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all product details, measurements, and specifications are entered correctly into the system. Qualifications Recent experience in customer service and order entry is required. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to work consistently and on time. Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify compliant). Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and order management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
