Senior Partnership Accountant

Manage global partner accounting processes, supporting all aspects of partner financial administration across the firm. Calculate and process partner payments, prepare partner financial statements, and manage partner capital accounts-including capital calls, loan drawdowns, and repayment schedules. Prepare partner-related journals and reconcile partner accounts in Elite 3E, ensuring accurate cash and accrual balances. Assist with budgeting and cash-flow analysis related to partner remuneration and firm liquidity planning. Lead partner onboarding and offboarding financial reviews, conducting meetings to explain financial obligations, statements, and capital arrangements. Support leadership on process improvements, partner tax/payroll initiatives, audit inquiries, and cross-regional consistency between U.S. and non-U.S. partner accounting practices. Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex financial information clearly to partners and stakeholders at all levels.
