Clinical Secretary II Radiology
Be part of a fast-paced, team-centered Radiology department where your organization and communication skills make a real difference for patients and staff every day.
Schedule: Saturdays 8am -12pm
What You'll Do:
- Perform a variety of administrative and front desk duties
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits
- Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations
- Follow up with patients, providers, and insurance companies
- Support billing, denials, data entry, audits, and reports
- Assist the Clinical Manager and Director with daily operations
- Help train new team members and support staffing coverage
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams

Self-directed and detail-oriented Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication Experience in a medical or healthcare office preferred
Works in close collaboration with Clinical Manager and Director in daily operations to ensure a seamless delivery of high-quality care services.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree and/or business course Preferred.
Work Experience:
1-3 years clerical/secretarial experience in a medical office/healthcare setting. Experience with insurance claims, authorizations and denials.

Pay Range:
$19.05 - $25.64
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
