As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused HR Administrator / Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in identifying, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while supporting key administrative and human resources functions.

Position Summary

The HR Administrator / Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment activities, conducting candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee and applicant records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically proficient, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage a high volume of applicant communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Manage administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, data entry, and inbox management.
  • Utilize company software and HR systems (training provided).
  • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to ensure timely hiring and onboarding.
  • Assist with additional HR and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting, candidate screening, human resources, or administrative support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment.
  • Experience communicating with individuals at all organizational levels, from entry-level employees to executive leadership.
  • Human services experience required

Compensation

Expected compensation range: $52,000–$60,000 annually depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated recruiting expertise.
