Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

Send offer letters and onboarding to new hires
Ensure new hires are set up accurately in the HRIS system
Assist the Payroll team with follow up during payroll processing
Assists with employee correspondence, including benefits, onboarding, and other HR related topics.
Partners with HR team to ensure all employee personnel files are accurate and up to date.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Assists with the preparation and execution of annual HR functions, such as performance management, open enrollment, etc.
Ensure all sites and office are in compliance with Labor Law Posters

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred experience working with HRIS software
