BizTek People is in search for an Agency Loan Administrator for our client in NYC! The Loan Agency Consultant is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of a syndicated and bilateral loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves managing all phases of new deal closings where the institution acts as Administrative Agent or direct lender, including reviewing credit agreements, coordinating fund flows and fee allocations, notifying participants, and setting up deals in internal lending systems. The position requires precision in handling complex transactions such as project finance, asset-based lending, and structured products. Daily responsibilities include maintaining loan activity, processing borrowings, repayments, rate settings, and fees, and ensuring data integrity in loan systems. The role also involves reconciliation of cash activity, working closely with Treasury, Front Office, and other internal teams, and participating in data quality initiatives and compliance reviews.

Key Qualifications: 3+ years of experience managing loan products as Administrative Agent Proficiency with ACBS or LoanIQ Strong understanding of credit agreements and loan documentation Familiarity with SOFR, pricing grids, and specialized lending structures Experience with compliance and operational procedures in lending Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of payment platforms (FED, CHIPS, SWIFT) Bachelor's degree preferred Background in a large institutional bank is a plus
