WellBridge Healthcare Fort Worth, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an Assessment Specialist to support timely responses, assessments, and care referrals within a psychiatric healthcare setting. The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing or a Master's in Social Work/Counseling, plus applicable state licenses and CPR/De-escalation certifications.
