WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role joins Nike’s product creation team, shaping apparel at the intersection of sport, culture, and performance. The Senior Product Line Manager partners with Product Management, Design, Development, Merchandising, Sports Marketing, Brand, and external athlete teams across a global, matrixed organization. The role reports to product leadership and has no direct reports.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a strategic product leader who connects athlete, consumer, and marketplace insights to distinctive apparel strategies. This individual balances creativity and business, makes sound decisions in high-visibility situations, and builds trust across global teams and external partners. They bring a clear product point of view, strong apparel knowledge, and the ability to turn complexity into focused action.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• Minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience in product management, merchandising, or consumer-focused roles
• Strong knowledge of the apparel marketplace, culture, fashion, and basketball consumers across performance and lifestyle products
• Proven ability to manage an apparel category end to end, from multi-season strategy and line architecture through execution and in-market performance
• Ability to translate athlete, consumer, marketplace, and performance insights into clear product strategies and compelling narratives
• Demonstrated fluency in the basketball consumer - their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, fit expectations, and how they shop across performance and lifestyle.

• Deep understanding of product creation from concept through commercialization, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization
• Strong business management and analytical skills, including line planning, retail math, product performance analysis, and proficiency with Excel, Keynote, Miro, and MMX
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment and travel domestically and internationally up to 30%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the apparel product vision for signature athletes and key basketball styles, connecting athlete and consumer insights to seasonal strategy and cross-functional execution. Your work will deliver product that reflects the athlete’s voice, strengthens consumer relevance, and advances the future of sport.

• Partner with Design, Development, Merchandising, Sports Marketing, and Brand to create consumer-ready assortments
• Collaborate with external athlete teams to turn authentic insights into product strategies and narratives
• Lead product creation from concept through commercialization, aligning timelines, decisions, and deliverables
• Build line plans and drive seasonal strategies across assigned categories
• Create alignment across internal and external partners through clear communication and strong relationships
• Use marketplace trends, consumer insights, and performance data to identify future opportunities
• Drive high-visibility apparel lines with product excellence and on-time execution
