If you've worked as a carpenter, trim carpenter, remodeler, renovation technician, construction professional, glazier, drywall installer, flooring installer, HVAC technician, maintenance technician, handyman, or in another hands-on trade, your experience could be a great fit for Bath Fitter.

You don't need prior Bath Fitter installation experience—we provide paid training to teach you our products, processes, and installation standards.

As a Bath Fitter Installer, you'll use your existing trade skills to professionally install Bath Fitter bath and shower systems in customers' homes.

Your work will include:

• Install Bath Fitter products according to established installation standards
• Measure, cut, fit, and finish materials with precision
• Use hand and power tools throughout the installation process
• Apply carpentry and renovation skills to each project
• Perform basic plumbing-related tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Protect customers' property throughout the installation
• Educate customers on the care and functionality of their new installation
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and installation materials
• Complete service calls and required documentation
• Follow all safety and quality standards

• 3+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, renovation, construction, maintenance, or a related skilled trade
• Carpentry, trim carpentry, or renovation experience
• Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure, level, and combination square
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
