Anne's Kitchen is a locally owned breakfast restaurant known for homemade breakfast favorites, friendly service, and a loyal customer following. We're growing and are looking for a dependable Kitchen Lead who wants to grow with us.

This is more than a cook position. It’s an opportunity to help lead our kitchen and play a key role as we prepare for future expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen during breakfast and lunch service
• Prepare breakfast items including eggs, pancakes, omelets, potatoes, and other menu items
• Maintain food quality and consistency
• Assist with ordering and inventory
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed
• Help create an efficient, positive kitchen culture
• Work closely with the owner to improve kitchen operations

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of restaurant cooking experience
• Breakfast cooking experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Morning shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Typical hours: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
