• Proven experience in commercial sales
• Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities

What We're Offering:

• Salary $120K annually (contingent on $133K minimum monthly sales) with 8% commission on net sales
• Car - this position will have a vehicle for daily use and gas allowance
• Tech - business use cell phone and laptop will be provided
• Expenses - entertainment and needed expenses will be covered to enhance close rate success
• Benefits - health, vision, and dental insurances are offered after 90 days
• Flexibility - meeting with clients based on their availability which allows for flexibility in your day
