Machine Operator (Coater Operator) - Strongsville, OH

Schedule
Day Shift
5:45am - 6:00pm
Rotating 12-hour schedule
week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

Week 3 - back to M, T, F, S,S

Job Responsibilities
Operate coating machines that apply inks and coatings to aluminum, copper, and stainless steel coils.
Load and unload material using a 2-ton hoist.
Assist with machine setup and learn machine adjustments.
Monitor production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
Complete production paperwork and quality inspections.
Maintain accurate production logs.
Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
Assist in other departments as needed.
Follow all safety procedures while working in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Must be open to working every other weekend
Previous Machine Operation experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Steel toe boots required.
Tow motor experience is a plus (training provided).
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Background check and drug screen required.
