Bilingual Food Production Warehouse Associate (Spanish/English)
Our client, a leading bakery and food production company, is seeking a Bilingual Food Production Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Bilingual Food Production Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing and warehouse support team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Food Production Warehouse Associate (Spanish/English)
Location: Hopewell Junction, NY
Pay Range: $18.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm + OT if required
What's the Job?
- Prepare large batches of dough or batter by accurately measuring ingredients
- Operate industrial mixers and related production machinery ensuring proper functioning
- Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and product consistency to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following all food safety regulations
- Document ingredient usage, production processes, and quality checks for traceability
What's Needed?
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- At least 1 year of experience in food handling, machine operation, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting production equipment
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
