OVERVIEW The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients within Muscogee County Schools . Essential Duties & Responsibilities Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals. Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs within the county, paid for by company. Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions. Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers. Conduct prescreening and interviews. Conduct full onboarding cycle. Extend offers of employment to selected candidates. Schedule orientations and trainings. Work cooperatively with all members of the team. Complete special projects as needed. Regular, in-person attendance is required. Work alongside District Manager to ensure schools are fully staffed and supported. Assist in scheduling staff for daily placements. Qualifications Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field. Must interact well with others. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experienced and confident speaking in groups and meeting new people. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong use of technology and multiple systems. Duties may include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as general use of hands and arms. Close vision is required for computer and detailed work. Work is typically performed in a moderate noise environment (e.g., office or school setting with light activity).
