Sylvain Counseling Services (SCS) is an established group practice that is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide counseling services for a diverse client population on a contract basis.
Qualified candidate must have:
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs)
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor 1 (LADC 1)
- Valid state license and ability to practice independently in the state of Massachusetts
- Possess professional liability insurance
- CANS certified or willing to be certify
- Availability to see a minimum of 10 clients per week
- Able to create a flexible schedule
- Individually contracted with one or more insurance panels (United Healthcare, BCBS, MBHCP, BMC Healthnet, Beacon, Common Health Care Alliance etc...) or willing to be enrolled
- Provide initial diagnostic assessments and ongoing therapy for individual, couples, and family
- Organized, attention to detail, strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Maintain appropriate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain ongoing communication with collaterals
- Our counselors receive administrative support to handle scheduling, billing, authorization, tracking and general administrative tasks.
- Having access to SCS's HIPPA compliant electronic health record software
- Receive support with enrollment on the major insurance panels (if not already individually contracted/in-network)
- Referrals
- Marketing
- Collaboration with and support from our therapy team
