Title: Long-term Substitute Elementary General Music Teacher - East & Consolidated Elementary

Job Description:
The School District of Milton is seeking applicants for a Long-Term Substitute Elementary General Music Teacher at East Elementary and Consolidated Elementary. A salary of two-hundred and fifteen dollars ($215) per day (after 20 consecutive days) is offered and compensated through Kelly Education. This position will begin on as soon as possible and continue through the school year.

Qualifications:
The School District of Milton is seeking an individual who will engage students in the learning process. Candidates should be organized, flexible, and have strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to: plan and prepare high-level, creative learning units that are engaging, relevant, address student needs and are based on best practices; maintain a safe, respectful classroom environment; make a positive and substantial contribution to the school and district; and assume a partnership role with colleagues.

Applicants must hold or be eligible for WI DPI Certification in General Music – 1515 and have the appropriate position codes for kindergarten through third grade students.
