Desktop Support Analyst

Job Title Desktop Support Analyst Location(s) Niskayuna, NY Experience 3-5 years of desktop support experience Key Responsibilities Provide desktop support for Windows and iOS corporate devices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Coordinate with multiple IT teams to resolve incidents and execute change requests. Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office, enterprise applications, and third‑party software. Assist with Active Directory user administration and basic Group Policy tasks. Support end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Required Skills 3+ years of hands‑on desktop support experience. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 operating systems. Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. Experience supporting Windows and iOS corporate devices. Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, web and application services, and cloud environments. Preferred Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities.
