Experience with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI‑PBA (Professional in Business Analysis). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Background in a specific industry such as finance, healthcare, or technology is advantageous. Advanced skills in SQL or data querying to support data analysis tasks. Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
