Conduct needs analyses to identify learning requirements.
Design and develop eLearning and virtual instructor-led training.
Create job aids and performance support tools.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and attention to detail. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in instructional design.
Proficient in using content development tools.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with accessibility best practices and visual design fundamentals. Core Technologies
