Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join an aerospace organization located in Middle River, MD. This role focuses on identifying and hiring skilled talent, with a strong emphasis on technician recruiting within manufacturing settings and support for hiring needs across global teams. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing approach, strong interview skills, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end hiring activities for assigned roles, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.• Build candidate pipelines for technician and manufacturing-related positions using targeted sourcing strategies and recruiting channels.• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting plans with business priorities.• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, technical fit, and overall alignment with position requirements.• Manage job postings, candidate records, and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system to maintain an organized hiring process.• Support recruitment efforts across domestic and international locations, coordinating with global partners as needed to meet hiring demands.• Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, market feedback, and candidate availability to support informed hiring decisions.• Promote a positive candidate experience through timely communication, thorough follow-up, and efficient process management.
