Bilingual Recruiter
The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while providing exceptional support to clients and employees in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and job fairs.
- Conduct interviews and screenings in English and Spanish.
- Greet and assist candidates that arrive at the office
- Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
- Support hiring goals and workforce retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Recruiting, customer service, HR, or staffing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Experience with ATS systems.
