We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for an aerospace organization located in Middle River, MD. This position is ideal for someone who has successfully recruited skilled technicians in manufacturing settings and can manage talent acquisition efforts across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive sourcing approach, strong interviewing capability, and the ability to guide full-cycle recruitment processes from opening to offer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a range of positions, with a focus on technician hiring within manufacturing and aerospace-related environments.

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify candidates with relevant experience through multiple channels, including talent networks, databases, and online platforms.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process.

• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, technical fit, and overall alignment with role requirements.

• Manage candidate movement and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Support hiring efforts that extend across global teams, coordinating recruiting activities in alignment with broader international workforce needs.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.

• Background recruiting technicians or similar skilled talent within manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace settings.

• Demonstrated success with sourcing strategies that generate strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications, fit, and readiness for permanent roles.

• Hands-on experience working with Workday, Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems and maintaining organized recruitment records.

• Familiarity with global HR or international recruiting support is required.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across hiring teams.
