What you will do:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check

All Ways Caring is currently seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, professionally, and with integrity.

Applicants should have a solid understanding of caregiver responsibilities, including providing quality care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Basic computer or smartphone skills are required , as applicants must be able to complete an online application and may use electronic systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication.

Caregivers must maintain professional appearance and good personal hygiene in accordance with client care and safety standards.
