Compassionate Caregiver Needed

Do you have a heart for seniors and a calling to serve others? We're looking for a compassionate caregiver who values dignity, companionship, and dependable support. If you're trustworthy, patient, and an excellent communicator, we'd be excited to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor the client's health as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Run errands for the client, such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and other necessary tasks
• Transport clients to and from appointments, activities, and social outings
• Prepare nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs and preferences
• Help with mobility assistance, including transfers and walking support
• Provide regular updates to care coordinator on the client's condition and needs
• Ensure the client's comfort and safety at all times

Requirements:

• Passion for providing care and support to others
• Excellent attendance record and reliability in fulfilling duties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Has vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
• Available to work in the mornings and afternoons
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Must be eligible to work in Fairbanks, Alaska
