Job description:

This role is part of the Private Bank Platforms, Transformation, and Enablement team and is responsible for advancing strategic initiatives that enhance the associate experience through the Client Engagement Workstation (CEW) and next-generation AI capabilities. The position plays a key role in defining and executing the Private Bank's AI strategy and roadmap, with responsibility for the planning, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the AI Wealth Assistant. The individual will also help shape the future vision for AI-enabled associate experiences, identify high-value use cases, prioritize capabilities, and manage the pipeline of ideas. Working closely with business, product, data, and technology partners, the role will evaluate business processes and data requirements, and identify opportunities where artificial intelligence and emerging technologies can create measurable business value. This includes helping establish a multi-year roadmap that aligns business priorities, platform investments, and AI innovation across the Private Bank.

The individual will translate strategic objectives into detailed business requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions while supporting initiatives through design, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partnering across cross-functional teams, the role will help drive platform modernization, AI-enabled workflow automation, and the integration of enterprise data, insights, and capabilities within a unified associate experience. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of Private Bank processes and data, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams to deliver innovative capabilities that improve associate effectiveness, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate the Private Bank's digital transformation agenda.

Responsibilities include :

• Support key Private Bank initiatives by translating business objectives into detailed business requirements and actionable solutions.

• Help identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence capabilities within the Client Engagement Workstation (CEW) and related Private Bank platforms to streamline workflows and enhance the associate experience.

• Maintain the AI ideation pipeline by collecting, evaluating, prioritizing, and tracking enhancement opportunities, business needs, user feedback, and emerging use cases.

• Leverage JIRA to create, manage, and maintain user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected testing outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead testing efforts in partnership with development teams, coordinating test planning, execution, issue resolution, and validation activities through deployment to ensure successful implementation.

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution to support successful delivery.

• Support release readiness activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training, communications, and post-implementation validation.

• Contribute to platform enhancements and transformation initiatives that improve associate productivity, client engagement, and business outcomes.

Position Requirements :

• Strong understanding of Private Bank platforms, processes, and associate workflows, with experience supporting platform transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years of financial services experience, preferably within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Digital Transformation, Product Management, or a data and analytics-focused role.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions, including their application within financial services platforms.

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a self-directed, proactive manner.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, navigate complexity, and deliver results against deadlines.

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and analytical thinking, with the ability to research issues, identify root causes, recognize patterns, and develop actionable solutions.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technology teams.

• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence and partner across multiple functions.

• Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and related reporting and analytics tools.

• Ability to translate business needs into platform capabilities and technology solutions that enhance associate productivity and client experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with the Client Engagement Workstation (CEW) or other advisor/associate-facing wealth management platforms.

• Proven project management experience, including requirements gathering, workstream management, stakeholder engagement, and execution oversight.

• Experience working with Agile delivery teams, product owners, and technology partners.

• Knowledge of emerging AI capabilities and their practical application to client servicing, advisor enablement, workflow automation, and knowledge management.

• Experience defining business requirements and supporting the implementation of AI-enabled solutions within a regulated financial services environment.
