Forensic Case Manager - Housing & Behavioral Health
The Bridge
The Bridge is a leading provider of supportive housing and behavioral health services in New York. This Forensic Case Manager position supports formerly homeless adults with serious mental illness, seniors, veterans, and those with forensic histories, primarily in apartment and community settings. Under the supervision of the Program Director, you will complete housing applications, coordinate care, monitor medications as needed, and assist with crisis intervention. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bridge
