Chief of Staff

Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, the remote full-time Chief of Staff will guide critical business decisions, manage the executive operating system, and drive strategic alignment across departments while ensuring effective communication and execution of initiatives. Key responsibilities: Advise the Chief People and Administration Officer, CEO, and executive leadership team on important company decisions through analysis and judgment Own the Board operating cadence, including preparation and distribution of Board materials Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and support project execution across the organization Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a Chief of Staff role in a scaling environment Proven ability to advise executives through ambiguity using data and context Exceptional analytical skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives Strong program management discipline and a bias toward action and accountability Reputation for building trust quickly and handling sensitive information with discretion
