Job Overview A law firm seeks a Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group in Charlotte, NC. Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications. Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering and Software Team. Provide technical expertise in wireless communication standards. Support litigation efforts with technical insights. Requirements 1-6 years of relevant experience. Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field. Experience with design engineering in a chip company is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Education Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred. Certifications None specified. Skills Proficiency in patent drafting and prosecution.
