Practice Support Coordinator (Part-Time)

Part-Time Practice Support Coordinator — Fast, Sharp, Gets Things Done Align Chiropractic — West Chester, OH | Part-time, ~20–25 hours/week, in-office We are a busy, growing family wellness chiropractic practice, and we need one person whose entire job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a receptionist role. Our front desk is covered. This is the person behind the front desk who keeps the records clean, the follow-ups happening, and the details handled — so the clinical team can stay on the floor with patients. What you would do: Keep patient records and care plans accurate in our practice software Send patient reports and make sure every follow-up appointment is scheduled Follow up on declined payments and mail patient statements Track leads and update our weekly performance numbers Format and send our patient newsletter, manage our email list Handle inventory counts, mailings, and whatever project needs a finisher that week What we are looking for: Someone genuinely fast on a computer — spreadsheets, web software, email platforms Someone who finishes things without being reminded Detail-oriented enough to catch your own mistakes Comfortable making friendly phone calls to patients, including about billing Reliable, consistent weekly availability Healthcare experience is a plus but absolutely not required. We will train you on everything clinical. We cannot train speed, judgment, and follow-through — bring those.
