Maintenance Technician I - 1st Shift

Hartford, WI
Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $30.00 - $36.23/hour

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation in Hartford, WI. What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment
• Complete maintenance work orders within a CMMS system
• Support facility maintenance including HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and lighting systems
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes as authorized

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to safely troubleshoot industrial electrical systems up to 480 VAC
• CMMS experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Experience maintaining CNC equipment, automated machinery, laser systems, or press brakes
• Facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
