Description Hours: Sunday-Thursday 10:30 pm -7:00 am, On-Call as needed Salary: $18.00 (Exact salary calculation based on education and experience) Position Overview Completes assessments of clients in crisis within ED of local hospitals to determine appropriate level of care Completes de-escalation of clients with acute symptoms Screens and evaluates clients for higher level of care Completes clinical assessments and treatment plans for clients deflected from ED Completes referrals for follow up from ED or to inpatient psych facilities Works after hours on a rotating evening and weekend schedule Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Family Therapy or Human Services Bachelor’s Degree in like field with 2 years’ work experience in a Behavioral Health setting High School Diploma and 5 years working experience in clinical role in a behavioral health setting Salary and Benefits Competitive Salary with potential for annual increases Full Time Benefit package, including Health, dental, vision Insurance, LTD, 401K, PTO, Holidays Additional pay for after hours on call and call out pay Shift premium Position Requirements Full-Time Shift - not applicable Position Engagement Specialist Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Location: Hygienic Building #J-18808-Ljbffr North-Central-Behavioral-Health-System
