Open to working at any of the regional offices: La Mirada CA, Houston TX, Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Portland OR, Sumner WA, Fremont CA. Responsibilities Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests Manage project data/documentation in Nexus Assist with schedule management Support change order processes & ensure documentation is properly maintained Collaborate with project managers, engineers & customers Monitor procurement-related issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management (preferred) 1+ years Project Coordinator experience Proficiency with Nexus (preferred) Field experience (preferred) Strong analytical & organizational skills Ability to learn and utilize industry codes Effective communication skills Compensation Package Base Salary $60-75k+ (based on experience) Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/ match 10 days vacation time 5 days sick time Opportunity for growth!
