ITIL SCCM Support

Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL onsite Contract

Role Description:

You have at least 5 years experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator. You demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office). You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving. You are well-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI). You're a multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities. You ideally have a Bachelors or Associates degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences or relevant work experience in a related field. Competencies: Digital : Windows Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Identity and Access Management, Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS), Windows Servers. Experience (Years): 6-8.
