District Channel Manager - Workmarket

Job Summary Position: Sales Representative (SaaS). This role sells cross‑industry solutions to Line of Business Executives (SMB and Enterprise) who want to leverage a blended workforce—employees, contractors, alumni, vendors, freelancers—to drive productivity and efficiency. The role also targets CHROs and COOs seeking to provide an FMS shared service that enables the LOB to use a blended workforce compliantly. Who You Are Articulate and able to create compelling value propositions around client demonstrations and sales calls. Passionate about sales and shaping the future of work. What You Will Do Consistently meet or exceed your quota. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly forecast goals. Build and manage a territory plan. Self‑source prospects and leverage internal tools to drive new business. Handle pricing and contract negotiations. Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts. Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams. Qualifications A college degree is desirable but not required; skills and experience are paramount. 5+ years of selling experience, preferably in SaaS. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present a technology solution without a Sales Engineer. Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas. Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs. Excellent telephone sales personality skills; expert in CRM software solutions; strong organization and presentation skills. Highly energetic, self‑starter; BA/BS degree recommended. Direct field experience working with enterprise accounts. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of selling experience, preferably in SaaS. Experience in the HCM industry. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $62,700 – $124,700 USD per year. Compensation may also include bonus, equity, or commissions.
