About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its newly established AI Research and Innovation Institute. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a Ph.D. and over 10 years of experience in AI or related fields, particularly in the areas of machine learning, AI systems, computer vision, NLP, and data science. The role involves developing and executing a long-term vision for the institute, building internationally visible research programs, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. The Executive Director will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring top talent, securing external funding, and advancing the translation of AI discoveries into real-world solutions, especially in the context of human health and well-being. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's AI Research and Innovation Institute should have a strong research record, a proven track record of securing external funding, and experience in leading multidisciplinary research teams.
