This family owned company develops a wide range of public and private commercial construction projects, typically in the $10M - $75M range in the Atlanta metro. Focusing on building and maintaining client relationships they pride themselves on repeat business and developing the next generation of builders.Project Manager Qualifications & Requirements:Must have a proven, stable work history working with a Commercial General Contractor or a Developer Builder.5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $10M or larger from start to finishA Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
