ResponsibilitiesProjectAdministrationManageprimecontractsandensurecompliancewithterms.LeadOACmeetingsandoverseemonthlybillingandreceivables.Coordinatedesignteamstomaintainschedulealignment.Conductsubcontractorandinternalstaffmeetings.Reviewandprocesssubcontractor/vendorbillingsandbackcharges.Ensureprojectadminsupportisbalancedandalignedacrossteams.FinancialManagementDeliveraccuratecostforecastsandmanagechangeorders.Packageandprocesschangeswithproperdocumentation.UtilizeProcoreFinancialModuleforbudgeting,invoicing,andreporting.SchedulingDevelopandmaintainbaselinescheduleswithlogicalsequencing.Trackdelays,float,andupdateschedulestoreflectactualprogress.Collaboratewithsuperintendentsandfacilitatepullplanningsessions.ProcurementLeadprojectbuyoutandsubcontractornegotiations.Ensuretimelysubmittals,materialreleases,andprocurementlogupdates.Managedirectreportstosupportprocurementexecution.QualityControlParticipateinQCmeetingsandensureinspectionstandardsaremet.DocumentQCactivitiesandproactivelyidentifyscopegaps.CreateRFIstoresolveschedule,cost,orqualityissues.SafetyPartnerwiththesafetyteamtoenforceButler-Cohensafetypolicies.ClientSatisfactionDeliverprojectsontime,withinbudget,andtoexpectedquality.Leadprofessionalclientmeetingsandfosterstrongrelationships.Ensureclientexperiencealignswithprojectgoals.BusinessDevelopmentAttendnetworkingeventsandbuildclientrelationships.IdentifyfutureprojectopportunitiesandshareleadswithBDteam.TalentDevelopmentTrainandmentorteammembersinprojectmanagementduties.Promoteaccountability,collaboration,andrespectacrosstheteam.Supportadminworkloadmanagementandstaffcareergrowth. Qualifications4+yearsofconstructionprojectmanagementexperienceoncommercialconstructionprojectsBachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, or similar related fieldKey SkillsFlexibleschedule,includingweekends;willingtotravelandrelocateasneeded.Comfortableworkingoutdoorsinallweatherconditionsandnavigatingvariedterrain.Physicallycapableofperformingtaskssuchaskneeling,standing,andclimbing.Abletoworkindependentlywithstrongproblem-solvingskills.Professionalcommunicationandrelationship-buildingacrossalllevels.ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeandprojectmanagementsoftware(Procorepreferred).Strongunderstandingofprojectdocumentationandconstructionprocesses.FamiliarwithOSHAstandardsandlocalsafetyregulations.
