Staff Engineer, Platforms Robotic Mechanical Engineer

Lead design verification, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to advance surgical technology platforms. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and verify medical device components with minimal supervision
- Translate customer and clinical needs into design specifications and system solutions
- Lead prototyping and testing validation of mechanical performance
- Identify and resolve complex design issues through data-driven analysis
- Ensure regulatory compliance and mentor team members in design control practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum four years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience designing mechanical or electro-mechanical assemblies
- Proficiency in engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Experience with computer-aided engineering tools and design for manufacturability
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
Compensation: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual
