Role Description The International Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving global growth of GAT Sport’s product portfolio across key international markets. This role manages distributor relationships, identifies new market opportunities, and executes sales strategies to expand brand presence and revenue. Daily activities include negotiating contracts, setting and monitoring sales targets, coordinating pricing and promotional programs, and collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure effective product launches and sustained market penetration. The International Sales Manager will analyze sales data, track competitive trends, and provide regular performance reporting to leadership while ensuring compliance with local regulations and market requirements. This role also involves representing GAT Sport in international meetings, trade shows, and virtual events to strengthen partnerships and build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications

Strong international sales and business development skills, including experience managing distributors or key accounts across multiple regions.
Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills for working with partners, customers, and internal teams.
Understanding of sports nutrition, nutraceuticals, or consumer packaged goods, with the ability to translate product benefits into compelling sales propositions.
Experience working remotely with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and using CRM and sales management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets; prior experience in the fitness or nutrition industry is highly beneficial.
Ability to travel internationally as needed, and fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
