Hiring: National Sales Training Manager - Oncology/Immunology /GI /Sales

Location: Fulltime Remote

We are seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to lead the design, execution and continuous enhancement of sales training programs across a biologics and biosimilars portfolio .

This is a highly visible Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) role partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, and Market Access to build field capabilities, strengthen selling effectiveness, and translate scientific and commercial strategy into measurable field performance.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead end-to-end clinical and commercial sales training for biologic and biosimilar products.
\n
• Translate complex scientific data—including MOA, clinical trials, immunogenicity, switching data and safety into field-ready, compliant training.
\n
• Co-lead disease-state education across areas such as Immunology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and Allergy .
\n
• Develop competitive selling strategies covering clinical differentiation, value positioning, access dynamics, and total cost of care .
\n
• Build objection-handling capabilities around biosimilar switching, interchangeability, clinical skepticism, reimbursement, site-of-care economics, and perceived biosimilar risk .
\n
• Own certification and recertification programs covering clinical knowledge, compliant CVA usage, competitive readiness, and compliance-critical content.
\n
• Lead new-hire onboarding and continuous development programs for experienced sales representatives and first-line leaders.
\n
• Conduct field observations and needs assessments to identify capability gaps and translate findings into targeted training initiatives.
\n
• Serve as a guardian and subject-matter expert of the organization’s selling model , ensuring consistent, customer-centric field execution.
\n
• Support product launches, lifecycle changes, market shifts, and ongoing commercial training needs .
\n
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Sales Leadership, and Market Access to ensure training is scientifically accurate, compliant, and commercially aligned.
\n

Ideal Background :

\n
• Min 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Commercial Learning, or SFE within biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals .
\n
• Strong understanding of biologics and biosimilars .
\n
• Experience with Immunology / IBD / specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred.
\n
• Knowledge of Buy & Bill economics, site-of-care dynamics, Medicare Part B, and commercial payer environments .
\n
• Experience supporting or launching biosimilars or complex therapeutic portfolios is highly preferred.
\n
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles , facilitation, and field coaching.
\n
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Sales Leadership .
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PharmD, PhD, or MPH preferred.
\n
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% .
\n
